Mr. Sunil Bhargava serves as Chairman of SBA Group Consultants, guiding the firm with over three decades of distinguished experience in international trade law, regulatory strategy, and dispute resolution. Throughout his career, Mr. Bhargava has represented clients and governments across India, the European Union, China, Indonesia, and other key markets. His landmark representation of the Government of India in the WTO’s Bed Linen case remains one of the most referenced precedents in global trade jurisprudence.
