Advocate Radhika Sharma brings over a decade of experience in litigation and international trade law to her role as Senior Partner and Group CEO at SBA Group. Registered with the Bar Council of Maharashtra and Goa since 2013, she has advised government authorities, industry associations, and leading corporations on cross-border trade and regulatory strategy.
Before joining SBA, she served with the Directorate General of Trade Remedies (DGTR), Government of India, where she managed more than fifty countervailing and anti-subsidy investigations initiated by WTO member countries. During her tenure, she played an instrumental role in developing official guidance materials and facilitating intergovernmental consultations on trade policy.
At SBA, Ms. Sharma leads the firm’s Countervailing Duty (CVD) practice, representing major Indian exporters such as the Jindal Group, Wind Turbine Manufacturers, and the Welspun Group. Known for her analytical precision and deep understanding of global trade frameworks, she has consistently secured favourable outcomes and some of the lowest CVD margins in the industry.
