About the Role
SBA Group is hiring a Legal Associate to support its international trade law and customs advisory practice. The role includes assisting in anti-dumping, countervailing duty, and safeguard investigations, drafting legal submissions, and providing compliance support to exporters, importers, and industry associations.
Key Responsibilities
- Draft legal submissions, replies, and supporting documents for trade remedy investigations.
- Assist in representing clients before DGTR, DOC (USA), EC, GCC, and other authorities.
- Conduct legal research on WTO rules, customs notifications, and trade regulations.
- Coordinate verification visits, data reviews, and interactions with investigating officers.
- Support clients with customs compliance, valuation issues, and regulatory documentation.
Qualifications
- LLB (mandatory); LLM in International Trade Law preferred
- Strong legal drafting and research skills
- Familiarity with trade remedies, WTO law, or customs regulations is an advantage
